The New York Times invites you to join photographers from around the world -- professionals, students and amateurs alike -- in creating a "global mosaic" of photographs taken at 15:00 UTC on Sunday, May 2. That's 11:00 a.m. in New York, dinner time in Cape Town, or an hour before midnight in Beijing. The Times' photography blog, Lens, encourages you to think ahead about where you'll want to be and what you'd like to focus on in order to "capture
this singular instant in whatever way you think would add to...a Web-built image of one moment in time across the
world."

Upload your photo to submit.nytimes.com/moment as soon as you can, then watch as your photo appears alongside countless others taken at precisely the same moment.
